With a focus on seasonal, nutrient-dense ingredients, our overall health can greatly benefit and be brought back into balance with every fork we put in our bodies. As the saying goes, we are what we eat. 

With proper meal planning, we can traditionally prepare each meal as intended by our great Gardener. By fermenting, soaking, or sprouting certain ingredients, we can extract the most nutrition from each lovingly curated meal. Since life can get hectic I have included a quick version in many recipes as well.
